Wrexham Break into Country’s Top 5

Following Wrexham’s superb victory over Kidderminster Harriers last weekend, the Welsh side jump up the table and into the top 5. It is a remarkable achievement who, only in their second season in the IFA have really turned it around following a tough introduction into the league.

It it hoped Wrexham’s fine form can hold out until World Net 2014, which is held in July. Before then, the squad have two more league games to play and hope to take the maximum 6 points that are up for grabs.

This weekend sees Dyfan Jones’ men travel east to Grimsby, a team Wrexham convincingly beat earlier this season. The team will be under no illusions, as Grimsby came close to scoring a number of times before Wrexham ran away with it. Wrexham will also be missing a lot of their squad, due to other commitments.
